Scaling out their Influencer Program
Framer is one of the fastest growing no-code platforms, with businesses all around the world using Framer to build their websites. They saw the impact influencers and creators had on reaching core audiences. As they were looking to continue their rapid product growth, they wanted to make sure that their influencer program could also scale to support the next phase of growth.
So they partnered with 1stCollab to expand their program and manage creator relationships of all shapes and sizes.

Framer's Needs
“Our original process made it challenging to work with creators at scale. Each creator had their own Slack channel, contracts and reporting were scattered throughout multiple products. Managing it all was taxing. Our first priority was to streamline this process.”
Framer had an existing influencer program that was showing great ROI, but was getting cumbersome to manage. They knew they’d need to streamline their influencer program if they wanted to expand how many creators they worked with.
Specifically Framer needed:
A single platform that organized all the data around the hundreds of creators they were in touch with. This would include anything from contact info, to content feedback, to payment information.
A process that could scale in multiple directions. The process needed to accommodate all influencers while also scaling up to >$1M / year influencer budgets.
While not a near term priority, they also wanted to ensure that campaign performance wouldn’t degrade.
They only wanted to work with creators at various levels of reach who were experts at using Framer’s software–creators who could “show not tell”. They wanted creators actually showing how they were using Framer vs. just pitching the product.
